That AuDHD Teacher Podcast

Welcome to That AuDHD Teacher, a podcast about my journey as an AuDHD teacher, being diagnosed later in life, and learning to understand myself through the lens of autism and ADHD.

In each episode, I explore different aspects of AuDHD through a mix of personal experiences, research, information and reflection.

Sometimes I’ll talk about something I’ve experienced myself. Other times I’ll dive into a particular aspect of autism or ADHD that I’ve been learning about.

This podcast isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about asking questions, learning more about neurodivergence, and making sense of experiences that I sometimes spent years wondering about.
